    NBT is a full-stack growth studio, run through a Growth Agency, a Growth Academy and the Next Big Thing Accelerator.

    Since 2015, we have supported startups, enterprises and ecosystem organisations through growth execution, capability building and acceleration.

    From Growth Agency to Full-Stack Growth Studio

    NBT started in 2015 as a team of growth operators. As the needs around us expanded, so did NBT.

    We built an Agency to execute growth, an Academy to develop growth capabilities and an Accelerator to support startups and the ecosystems around them.

    Our belief has remained the same: if we grow together, we grow better.

    2015

    The Foundation — Born as Builders

    Founded NBT as a dedicated Venture Builder. From day one, we didn't just advise; we incubated and co-built ventures alongside founders.

    2016

    The London Bridge

    Opened our UK office, establishing our first foothold in the global innovation economy.

    2017

    Growth Agency

    Shifted from building single ventures to powering many. We opened our agency arm to deliver cross-border growth execution for startups and scaleups.

    2018

    Growth Academy

    Recognized that enterprises needed more than strategy. We launched the Academy to build permanent internal growth capabilities for enterprise teams.

    2019

    Accelerator Programs

    Standardized our acceleration methodology. We began designing and delivering accelerator programs for partners and institutions.

    2020

    Growth Bootcamps

    To strengthen the ecosystem, we launched bootcamps to train the next generation of growth builders.

    2021

    Fuel Accelerator

    Synthesized our learnings into our flagship accelerator. Fuel was launched to accelerate high-potential startups under the NBT banner.

    2022

    Growth Navigator Program

    Formalized our operator network. We launched Growth Navigators, a curated community guiding founders across Fuel and beyond.

    2023

    Strategic Ecosystem Expansion

    Expanded our role in the ecosystem through long-term partnerships with VC firms, strengthening our role as a trusted ecosystem partner.

    2024-2025

    Global HUBs

    Opened NBT Global Hubs and began delivering accelerator programs concurrently across the UK, US, Netherlands, Germany, France, and UAE.
