We started as a growth agency and then evolved to a growth studio, and now, we are becoming a growth ecosystem.
For us, the headline of 2022 was ‘We Created an Ecosystem.’
After participating in hundreds of growth projects, we witnessed several times that achieving sustainable growth is challenging, and for sustainable growth, it takes an ecosystem.
We believe that, if we grow together, we grow better.
So in 2022, our 8th year, we created an ecosystem with the following figures:
500+ Growth Studio Projects: With our growth marketing agency, growth academy and venture studio, we help businesses achieve growth.
5000+ Participants Growth Community: Our Growth Community consists of Growth Enthusiasts, Entrepreneurs, Mentors, Investors, Fellows Alumni, Fuel Alumni, Market Development Representatives, Growth Pros and Next Big Thinkers.
50+ Growth Partners: Our Growth Partners consist of Solution Partners, such as Hubspot, DMI, Google, and SAP, along with Accelerators, VCs, Universities, Program Partners and Content Partners.
50+ Countries: Our Ecosystem is actively creating value in more than 50 countries via our Growth Studio, Growth Community and Growth Partners.
As a one-stop-shop, full-funnel growth agency, we were proud to work with growing brands all over the world. For enterprise-level brands, such as Vodafone and SAP, we joined forces with their growth teams to optimise their growth funnels. For early-stage startups, we used our growth mindset to overcome all their challenges in the product market fit stage. For scaleups, we operated growth funnels in 50+ countries to accelerate growth globally. In just 2022, we have deployed more than 4000 growth tactics to reach their North Stars.
As a trusted growth marketing academy partner, we have delivered workshops to more than 20 companies, such as QNB Group, Sahibinden, Turkcell, and Eczacıbaşı.
One of the prominent academy programs of the year was the Marketing Experts Program for Turkcell. In that program, more than 200 marketing professionals at Turkcell attended the program, which we designed with Turkcell Akademi with the aim of integrating a growth-oriented approach into their business. Participants created lots of growth outputs via Growth Marketing Hub, and now 12 of them are preparing to present a final group project to Turkcell directors.
As a trusted growth acceleration partner, we joined forces with accelerators all over the world to accelerate the growth of the tech ecosystem. In just 2022, we delivered workshops and mentorships to 1000+ startups and scaleups in 15+ different accelerators, such as London and Partners, Virgin Startups, AWS Startup Loft Accelerator, Innogate, and ITU Cekirdek.
One of the most prominent acceleration programs of the year was Innogate UK! We have partnered with Innogate to co-create a UK-based Acceleration Program. Bringing tech companies, customers, investors and business partners together, the first stage of the UK-based acceleration program covered the foundation of growth and globalisation. And for the UK phase of the program, the cohort participated in various roundtables and mentorships in order to gather further insights about the UK market. We introduced new programs to the growth ecosystem: Growth-Focused Career Development Program, Next Big Thing Fellows, and Growth-Focused Accelerator Program, Next Big Thing Fuel.
We have touched more than 3000+ growth marketing enthusiasts and trained 60 Fellows and 150 Startups & Scaleups in the first year of the programs. Our dear Fellows and Fuel participants have attended weekly growth sprints, along with growth spotlights and networking events. Our Fuel program became a verified Hubspot Accelerator Partner and joined forces with other acceleration programs.
As we maintained our strategic partnerships with global brands, we also expanded our Growth Partners network in 2022. We continued to support the ecosystem as Platinum Hubspot Partner, Silver DMI Partner and SAP Digital Marketing Service Bureau (DMSB). Moreover, we built partnerships with Appsflyer and One Signal to empower our growth methodology for our Growth Agency projects. We also joined forces with AWS (Amazon Web Service) Startup Loft Accelerator and Virgin StartUp Mentor Programme to offer our growth expertise to visionary entrepreneurs and help them navigate their way to building sustainable businesses.
After launching NBT Ventures at the end of 2021, we started to invest in early-stage ideas. Our first target industry was mobile gaming, and throughout 2022, we invested in the development of 3 mobile games. One of them launched and two are on their way! We’ll continue to invest in different verticals in 2023 through NBT Ventures.
We were born ready to seek the next big thing in growth projects as an agency, academy, venture studio, and now as an ecosystem.
